Other Enantiomorphs

Most of us know about the enantiomorph, with it's rebels, kings, and observers, but is that the only possible enantiomorphic model?

What about other gods and roles? Could Ysgramor and his two sons be echoes of Shor and Tsun and Stuhn for example?

There could certainly be more relations like that, wether one would call that an enantiomorph though. I have no example of another make up then Rebel, King, Observer where the endresult is the same.

If it's not rebel/king/observer it's not an enantiomorph. If you achieve divinity by imitating any old deity, it's called mantling. For example: Sheogorath/Champion.

The difference between the Enantiomorph and mantling is not questioned here.

I think there might be something to the "Eater, Eaten, Excretion" situations.

Yes! that is a much better example.
