Ok, quick question. When I cast mark, is it basically permanent mark for that spot until I cast a mark spell somewhere else? Meaning if I cast mark and then cast recall, will I have to cast mark again or is it not used up when I do recall?

Nah, it's permanent. You don't have to cast mark again.

Until you want to move it by casting the Mark spell standing on another location....

Used in conjunction with an Intervention spell, it means you can cast a Mark where you're at, use Intervention to get to a town to sell loot or pick up supplies, and then Recall right back to where you left off. If you have a vacant house or cleared bandit cave that you call home, placing a Mark there can also be really convenient.

ya was thinking of joining house telvanni and figured that be really useful when I got my stronghold. But alas im waiting on joining that house or any house until I find out if doing so will lock me outta a quest mod Great House Dagoth.
