Ahh, I see what the issue is. Bad news, then.
NPCs don't use presets. They're created from a preset that doesn't exist in game (effectively, where all the facial sliders are at the mid-range.) Also, when created, there are more options to manipulating them. Think Oblivion's facegen system.
The presets you use in-game are actually NPCs that aren't placed in-game and have a box called "face preset" checked.
Furthermore... even if they did, Mr. House's human form is actually a seperate creature. And his monitor image wasn't made using the facegen system. So, no preset would be the one they "used" for Mr. House.
