I am having another weird problem. Two NPCs are set to an Accompany package on another NPC. For some reason, they will just stop doing it and just stand there. RefScope and doing an EVP on them all indicate they are still doing the Accompany package. Even odder is that this doesn't happen with the human NPCs. It happens when the NPCs are all Khajiits, Argonians, or Orcs.

There are 9 NPCs in the level. 9 Human, Orcs, Khajiits, or Argonians. I pick the race based on the player's race. Does having 27 disabled NPCs effect the max AI at a time thing?
