Hello. Just have a question about silver weapons. Can ghosts and other creatures be slain with a magical weapon instead? I have the Ebony Blade but it has no magical charge. Can I still kill ghosts and liches with it, even if it's uncharged? Would any magical item work? Thanks!

Yes - Enchanted (even if there is no charge) - Daedric - SIlver - Ebony - or Dwarven weapons all work.

Kills ghosts:
Enchanted (even when out of charges as JD Fan said).
Bound weapons.
Magic spells,
Silver or Daedric weapons (including silver/daedric arrows fired from any bow or a silver/daedric bow firing any arrows).
Honorblade of Chorrol.

Unenchanted iron, steel, elven, dwarven, ebony or glass weapons will be ignored.
