Im asked by an Orc in the guild of mages to retrieve the skull of andrano, however when I picked it up my journal did not progress. When I got an talk to her I get no option to progress the quest. Is there anyone who knows a console command to set the stage on?

There is no journal index for picking up the skull.
Did you talk to her about "errand" when you have the skull?
