The TESO Lore Questions and Concerns Thread #1

Felt like this was a good idea given that Zenimax Online Studios is starting to pump some more information out there.

The site to browse---> http://elderscrollsonline.com/en/

This is a thread that is basically to serve the purpose of gathering any and all little tidbits that TESO introduces(lorewise), that people are concerned about. Obviously based on what we know of the lore based on other mediums.

I have several minor concerns but I will only post a couple that are kind of bigger things.

It is my understanding that Vvardenfell was closed off to non Dunmer by the Tribunal after using the heart up until Tiber rolled em over in the 3E. If it is explorable in the MMO how will this be dealt with?

Elder Scrolls are going to be to be items that are fought over and stored in faction strongholds. They will somehow convey faction wide bonuses to aid in the faction's war struggles. What does this mean for the world and its lore? Is this plausible? This, more than anything, sends red flags up for me.

So what are other peoples lore concerns?

The possession of Elder Scrolls by the factions may simply be a gameplay mechanic rather than solid lore, or maybe the ownership of Scrolls is such a morale-killer for the others that natural boosts are given to the one with the upper hand. Well I am aware of the site but it is a great idea to have that link in this thread. Thanks.

I was working under the assumption that the scrolls would be morale bonuses as well. Or that is my way of rationalizing it. Otherwise it sounds like a recipe for disaster.
