I have been used to gaming on the Xbox for many years now and played FO3 FNV both many times on it. With Skyrim I decided to take the plunge and invest in a gaming PC and the difference between the Xbox and PC is like chalk and cheese. I have been keeping up my intertest in Skyrim by modding but even that is wearing a bit thin now, so having had no experiance with FO3 on PC I have a few questions.

Firstly, what's available I know there are plenty of mods but are there hires packs etc.

Also (more importantly) what's modding like for FO3 compared to Skyrim? I'm really interested in peoples comments who have modded in both.
