The other day I was just strolling around in the South Vegas Ruins and entered Zapp's Neon Signs hidden and watched two fiends discuss how each other "ghouls smells like ass", "are mean sonofab!tch" "are NCR", "would do each other" and many other hilarious things that would only make sense if they were addressed to me. Not certain if this is just a bug or an overlooked aspect and I know I sound like I'm nitpicking but this funny conversation reminded me of Oblivion's generic ones as well

"would do each other?" "mean son of b****?"
never heard that those before, how does the conversation go if you dont mind good sir
