TES construction and management simulation computer games

With the massive success of minecraft which is basically an addictive game which allows player to create and build but with added problems of warfare etc, would anyone else love a Elder Scrolls game which also allows to constrct and manage.

Much like Age of Empires and Warcraft who's success I believe for greatly due to the fact they were mostly construction and management.

So far, one of the only decent games on the console for such a game is the Tropico series.

How I imagine a TES game would be as follows:-

First each sandbox style game would have its environment and architecture determined by province and race as each province would be different giving variety.

You would start off with a town hut (much like the building of Raven Rock in Bloodmoon). This will house your first settlers.

They will be able to mine, chop wood, hunt, build farms. build houses, market places, roads,
Your town hut can be upgraded into a town hall (longhouse if Nord..) and eventually a castle / palace.

You would have to build an army of town guards who will need barracks and weapons etc

You will have to keep peace and law within your town / city. Overseeing trade and taxes. An annual tax will have to be given to the Emperor. If you build good road links into your borough / hold or build a good dock then you can trade with East Empire Company.

There will be the four main guilds will move in and establish themselves in your town - mages guild, fighters guild, thieves guild and dark brotherhood (Morag Tong if Morrowind...etc). As governor it is up to you as to how you use these guilds - either befriend and use them or oppose them.

As we've seen form TES series games, bandits can build up quite an army and as governor you will not only have to defend from attack but will have to deal with bandits out in the wilderness. Your townsmen and local farms will want security for their taxes.

religion is another subject that will need addressing and again their is the problem of occults forming or necromancers. Another issue is vampires and occasionally werecreatures attacks may also appear....

What do you think? You basically get to design and plan out your own town. Place it down and the lay it out the way you think it will work best, build all the paths and walls (provided you have materials and can afford it). Then have to deal with all the guild politics, control any occults / vampire / bandit / pirate / ogre / giant problems

any other ideas?

I would love it. I've been playing http://www.wurmonline.com/ for some time now and have to say it's the best building/crafting open world game I have ever seen. If TES VI implemented even half of Wurm Online's features and did them half as well I would be ecstatic.
