Ghosts in Fallout

Fallout 3: In the Dunwich building there's a self-opening door. And in the locked room with the dead adventurer a coffee pot is thrown to the floor and a fan on the desk is knocked over.

Fallout NV: Whispering on the graveyards.

Fallout 3's Dunwich Building was kind of ridiculous.

I like little things like NV's whispering in a graveyard and 3 having children laughing on the playground in the Minefield.

Just little things like that but not doors opening and closing on their own and such.

There are some ghosts in some Fallout games. One of those mistakes that shouldn't have been made along with talking animals and few other miss steps. What about it?

I'd take Ghosts over Aliens any day IMO.

But yeah I don't want them becoming a big part of the game. The way Fallout 3 and New Vegas handled it was ok with me. Fallout 2 was over the top by having a ghost we can see and talk to and even have quests attached to.

Is there a winning side in having to choose between drinking piss and eating [censored]?

I don't see a lesser evil here.

There isn't any laughing at the playground in Minefield.

Well piss is starile and I believe you can drink it with little to no problems at all. [censored] on the other hand would make you very sick if not kill you... So yeah piss is the winner.

Yes piss is sterile and in survival situations can be used for many things like cleaning wounds.

Anyways, NO MOAR ghosts and stuff.

Subtle references are great, blatant ones are not.

In Fallout 3 the "Palandine" incident was spooky. But Mothership Zeta was [censored].

New Vegas, the "ghost" graveyards were eerie but in Fallout 2 the ghost girl was stupid.

So yeah, there's a difference.
