Playstation 3 mods

How much from 0%, would you say the chances of a PS3 simplified version of the G.E.C.K. being created? Borderlands has something called Willowtree, it can create weapons, edit skills, create items etc, but from already existing data within the save file. Borderland weapons were created randomly from parts in the data; barrel, stock, grip, etc...willowtree allows you to mix and match to create different weapons.

Of course Fallout NV doesn't mix and max like that, but if you had a G.E.C.K. for the PS3 it would probably be similiar to Willowtree for switching data, like making a 9mm fire grenades or something like that, or maybe that data isn't in a Fallout NV save file, I'm not sure.

The Xbox version has a save game editor, PC gets the G.E.C.K., but the PS3, in order to add more fun with the editing and modding, needs a hacked PS3, which I'm not willing to do.

PS3 wouldnt be able to run it anyways or it would be extremely slow. the GECK unlike a simple save editor uses alot more memory than probably even the game itself. PS3 and 360 have tiny tiny amounts of RAM, i think both of them are 256 mb or something. add on the primitive processors and you would have a very poorly performing editor.
