I dislike the names of the player houses like "My Bravil House" and would love to change the door names and possible the area to something cooler (eg Waterfront Hideout, or Leyawiin Alchemist's Study ). I know COBL and LAME both script for house references too and wonder how a mod would work with those.

I haven't even made an Oblivion Mod though, so is this a bad idea?
