Where to post images?

I found a visual glitch in the game and a pic is better than a thousand words to discribe it, unless you already know about a ghostship, trees, rocks and bridge that turns bright orange depending how you approach it from both directions.

take a screenshot ingame and upload it to an image hosting site such as imgur.com, then post the link here. [ img ] tags don't work by the way

I could take a guess. See this thread; http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1172858-visual-anomalies/ Then look at Anomaly # 3 in the OP, where it says "one very near Bartholm". I get this from time to time in my game too, and always have for as long as I've played Oblivion, right at the same spot.

"one very near Bartholm" that's the one. This is the only place in the game that has this glow.

Originally I thought it was a fog glitch as I use a weather mod to hide annoying distant popup trees and castles, works very well, adds mystery to Cyrodiil. The pic indicates a clear day. Except for a couple of town mods near IC, the rest of my mods deal with race and npcs. So, this is largely vanilla Cyrodiil. My current solution was play the ghostship then disable these 'allglows' - except the bridge.

On a side note: "For anomaly 3, try setting your texture size to "Large" under the Video Settings in game." [I don't have this afliction - default setting] Are there any image/info that explains/demonstrate this 'small/medium/large' menu setting in detail as I would not want cause an ingame disaster from blind experimentation.
