Server is going to be most of the time cheater free.
If cheater is spotted and it will get bermanent ban.
And example if you dont play the mod(crash site or etc) you will be given warning.If that wont work, you get kicked on the server.And next time if you didnt learn anything, you will get bermanent ban.

And server rules will be something like this:
NO:
Shotgun,Laser or L-Tag.
And:
Play the mod(example crash site:that you dont only kill people)or get kick/ban.

I will give some players admin/banning rights on the server, but first you have to show me that you know how to hold on to the server rules.

I am opening same kind server for crysis 3 mp when it is released.So this is like test run for that new crysis 3 mp.

Suggestions for improvement can be made?

"Stupid things". It's his server so he's allowed to ban whatever he wants to. Shotguns and C4 are reasonable to ban, somehow at least.

I never liked the servers whose admins noobs. They bans good players and then try to win the respect on the forums where these players hang out)))
