In the model files for the ancient Falmer armor, it's listed as ivory armor. At first, I assumed it was literal ivory and that their armor was derived from mammoth tusks or something similar, but then I started thinking about TES ebony's divine roots, and the fact that ivory armor is encountered solely on Falmer priests of Auri-El. What do we know about this material? If ebony is the blood of Lorkhan, could we similarly tie ivory back to Auriel somehow? Divine flecks of sweat from his exertion firing the Heart into the sea, perhaps?
