i know this is a somewhat pointless thread, but i want to know your opinions, in game both the glasses, any kind, and the biker goggles, protect the same amount, but glasses look cooler and weigh less, so glasses are better, but if you were in the capitol wasteland, which would you wear? glasses can be a little annoying to wear because they slip around, but you look pretty cool. goggles can help protect your eyes from dust and air born debris, which in real life would be a problem, so my vote goes to goggles.

I don't think you would want to be wearing glasses to look 'cool' in the Wasteland.

A kitted out wastelander with a 12 gauge pointing at your face will look a lot more intimidating than a dude in sunglasses..

true, but glasses have some intimidation effect.... i only said that because i know someone will say something like "sunglasses because i wanna look like a badass

I prefer Tinted Reading Glasses when playing ScAvenger. I usually always go searching for loot. I sometimes go hunting and drifting, but it's not like a daily sport or anything. The Tinted Reading Glasses not only work best for increasing my perception on enemies, but also when I'm at home in Megaton, reading interesting magazines, like Nikola Tesla and You, Grognak the Barbarian or even Guns and Bullets. Gotta give credit to those shades.
