I'm on the Bridge directly East of Fairfax Ruins. Looking at the map the Red Racer Factory is directly South from here. The one where there is a Scavenger with 2 dogs and a outdoor "shop" you can buy/steal items from right on the overpass of the highway.

On her shelf was THREE skill books. Chin Spec Ops, Grognak, and I think Duck and Cover. I obviously stole them all. Something seems wrong here. I don't ever remember seeing Three skill books in one single location before. Should I delete that save and backtrack??? Thanks.

Sorry. When I searched on one of the books, there wasn't a location describing or mentioning that Scavenger's Bridge so I assumed something was wrong. But apparently ALL 3 of those books really are supposed to be there!
