I've been attempting to set up different types of home-brew dice-based RP games, most recently my own version of Fallout that I'm currently recruiting a group for. It's online session based where once or more (if time allows) times a week the group of players will meet up using Roll20.net, Google Docs, and an IRC Chat (alternatives possibly) to go through campaigns. I've seen several systems already, incomplete, complete, better or worse, and just want to try running with my own that i can change actively when problems seem apparent from the players. I'm looking for 4 - 6 players total with a couple already found and all of the things necessary for your to create a character already complete. The days that seem best for myself in terms of play seem to be Sunday, then Saturday, with a late start on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (PST). Because it's a non-tested system with a new GM i would like those interested to be kind in their expressing of disapproval whether it be the system, my GMing, or lore related.
I'm putting the Base of my campaign on Gaia forums simply because that's what i know, but will respond here as well as there to any questions, although if you're interested i really suggest signing up there. I do understand why this site would be more fitting mind you. At the Gaia page you'll also find in the topic post several links leading to the Google document holding the rules for my system as it stands now which updates automatically when changes are made.

Here are the core rules via Google Document in case you want to skim to disapprove and move on with your life.

And for the campaign I'm currently planning on the Gaia page is an example of the idea, but essentially it's a cross-country journey from Vegas to the Capital Wasteland from rumors of the land to the East's improved health.
