Favorite NPC?

Harold, for sure. His lines are hilarious. It's a shame that tree growing out of his head has him rooted in place now, we'll probably never see him again.

Others I like:

Herbert "Daring" Dashwood: a fellow adventurer.
Desmond: One badass ghoul.
Moira: Love her quest, and the conversations in it.
Button Gwinnett: My favorite robot.
Hannibal Hamlin: I always give him Lincoln's Hat.
The Roach King: Sitting on his throne, surveying his realm. I don't kill him anymore, I just let him be.
Knight Captain Gallows: .....

Button Gwinnett: My favorite robot.

Awww, I forgot Gwinny <3 I love the Mister Gutsys as well. It's quite heartbreaking hearing them say "Tell my mama I did my best" :'(

1. Colonel Autumn: He is my all-time favorite Fallout character because he is the only villain with more than just simple black-and-white "because you are" motives the Master, Richardson and Eden have.
With his leadership, the Wasteland could be a better place with water and protection provided by the Enclave. Mutants, Raiders and other nasties would be simply gunned down and the East Coast would be one step closer to reconstruction. I also liked how his true motives were not revealed until the very last confrontation with him. Before that, he seemed to be just another villain bastard with no respect for human life.

2. Roy Phillips, who is a true freedom fighter and ready to do something else than just whine when his people are being oppressed.

3. John Henry Eden. While I prefer Colonel Autumn's goals, I like Eden because of his extensive dialogues, speeches and skill of making a genocide look like giving money to charity.

4. Amata. While she is a bit too whiny at times, she is the only individual with the dedication and skill to prevent Vault 101 from dying out.

5. Owyn Lyons. I'm not on his side, but I like his personality and how he was built as a character. From outside he looks like an eternally optimistic old fellow with a true mission, but small investigation reveals he doesn't think he has the keys to make things right. Maybe he even doubts he is doing the right thing.

Thank you! Someone agrees with me. Please, please, try and knock some sense into those people in the 'Why I Hate Enclave' thread. :P

Everyone seems to think he's just trying to take credit for everything, but I think that's rubbish. He's trying to help people, for Christ's sake and rebuild on what he have -- but people don't seem to see that because they think he's Eden's puppet, despite his rebellion. <_<

Bush before he became president

Well, you do kind of see how Amata's handling the vault -- there's a random encounter with Susie Mack who claims Vault 101 is doing well. Though, you're right in that we don't see how she's doing in the future (like, 5 years or so).

It feels odd to say this, but Mister Crowley was one of my favorites. I dunno, just someone that starts off a conversation by calling me a "Milk-svcking, mutant-loving, water-stealing [censored]" has got some 'nads in my book. That, and if provoked he'll admit that you're doing his dirty work, but you don't really have to kill everyone and you still get paid.

Daring Dashwood and Argyle are amazing, as well. Dashwood is such an awesome derp, and Argyle is just-- well, he invented the Shady Sands Shuffle! <:

Also, Three Dog. He inflates my ego too much. XD;

I think it's a reference to an earlier game - at least that's what I think I remember reading? Gah, I wish Charon would do that now and then. XD

Haha, don't worry about it! I've got a 22something post count and I don't know how to do it. Let's see...

Spoiler
anyway I also forgot to mention Enclave scientists. They make me laugh with their barking orders that no one listens to.

EDIT: WOOO figured it out - you've got to click the button with the two blue arrows on it at the top of the text box. Replace the word 'code' with 'spoiler'. Done and done. :D
