1) Even though I had the NCR "take over" Primm, the characters in Novac say that the sheriff has taken over.

2) I chose to sabotage the rockets at ROBCOMM (I think that's the name -- its where you have to clear out the ghouls, early in the game). The dude told me to bring back the three items. I brought back the items bought from the old lady (I forget her name) along with sugar bombs. He took both items. When I brought back the atomic fuel stuff, he asked for 3 more sugar bombs (even though I'd already given him 3 the first time around). Thankfully, I was able to buy 6 in the shop in the dinosaur in Novac.
