[WIP] Dungeons Of Cyrodiil

~Introduction~
Hi there, I know you people wouldn't of heard of me, so I'll try introduce myself - Me, ThePistol has been working on a Fallout 3 mod, Wasteland arenas which has gotten too complex and I have given up. Instead, I'm turning to oblivion to make a mod which is so so simple and yet I've seen no-one else done it (tell me if someone has) Dungeons Of Cyrodiil. It consists of 3 different "dungeons" you can work your way through. The Hidden Vale, The Emperors Tomb and The Ancient Dwarven City. Each will come as a seperate download so you can pick and mix. My inspiration for this mod is from all the MMO's which have instances, or dungeons in which you team up with allies, battle strong foes and in the end, get alot of valuable loot. I intend to bring that to Oblivion, without the need for hassle like scripting, questing etc.

~Why?~
I see it as a good chance for players who dont want to cheat their way for plenty of septims and a full set of daedric. I also view it as a good chance to put your CM partners to use! Unless your some sought of demigod in Oblivion, you'll unlikely survive the Bosses without experienced helpers. It also gives a chance for some resources to be used, a chance to explore new areas and for people who played MMO's will know it would of been simpy brilliant if they came with the game. I also hope to continue adding more and more dungeons thus why they are all seperate plugins

~Quick story behind dungeons~
The Hidden Vale, Once a great place of albion, it is rumored to contain a hidden Aylied dungeon full of treasures, and dangers. Many Travellers have tried to find this treasure, but failed along the way. The hidden Vale is some where in the Summer set isles, But so deep inside the jungle canopy lies the place istelf. An Elven explorer believes he has found the entrance. Will you journey with him?

The Emperors Tomb is a complex design of underground networks, housing the great Uriel Septim. Since his death, Cyrodiil was plunged into chaos. The most elite faction, the Blades, guard these tunnels were the emperors body lays. A deserted Mythic dawn assassin is selling the map. Will you buy it, loot the emperors tomb and commit treason?

~Progress~
The mod is still in its infancy. Last night I had the Hidden vale complete but the CS crashed when I was making the Dwarven City. I reloaded to find all the work gone - for some apparent reason. This also could be a chance to improve

~Advice On playing this Mod~
It's reconmended you use CM partners mod with this - having allys is crucial
It's also reconmended you're over level 15 - Otherwise you'll find yourself dieying alot
If you will need a walkthrough, I'll right one and put it with the mod folder when you download it

Well, actually plenty of people have done that :P Take a look at Grand Duke Adense's mods. And there were a few more. But still, dungeons are always fun, so keep em coming :goodjob:

Ah, I had a feeling maybe someone else had done some, just didnt see any! - Anyway, thanks for the support! :)

UPDATE: Started on The Hidden Vale, Entrance area is done, soon will be making the cave

Will have screenie up soon (render)

Another Update:

Entrance area to the hidden vale caves is complete - Screenies will be up any minute!

FPS in the area may be bad on low spec PC's - I run on a high spec so I got 17-24 FPS on average in-game

Yup, forgot to mention that - But thats only for The Hidden Vale Dungeon. The others wont need any kind of exspansion

Screenies will be up very soon. They will show a very small area - The gates to the hidden vale. The gate itself yet isn't grand - I plan to use a portal of some sort, but at the moment it will do. It may seem like "wow you've wasted your time here" but its nesseccary. Its inhabited by some trolls. The key to the hidden vale is inside the Mother troll - first boss I guess. Oh, and some other goodies as a stipend. The boss is level 18-20 while the normal grunts are just 15. You maybe able to manage this area on your own, but you'll need a party for the next part. And this isn't the "second area" btw :)
