Some Question on a few issues I ran into

Well as Some people know, I've been working on a tileset. I let a friend Test it out, and he experienced some issues I've experienced as well that is my first time running into.

http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k481/kenders21/Modding%20issues%20Album%20display%20of%20problems/Issue1withTileset_Boundingbox.jpg Now with issue I don't understand why it happened and how to fix it. Not every model I made for the tile-set had this problem and this problem makes it a bit difficult to actually work with in the construction set. But as you can see the Selection-box, that you click on to grab the model, is far smaller then the actual model itself. In Blender I did do the whole, Control & A thing to the model, [Applying Scale and rotation to ObData], I had done this with every model i made. While most had a normal sized Selection box, a few of the models had diminutive ones, such as the stairs in this picture.

I've Also been having some trouble with the Dimensions: aka getting the models to work smoothly with Grid-snap in the CS. Even though I did line up the models in Blender where it was all equally lined with one another, it still has grid-snap problems.

The rest of the issues are easily fixable.
