Personality: Possibly one of the smartest members of 'The 99', and possibly the most tolerant aswell. Rather than lashing out at each and every Human he sees, Number 13 picks his targets carefully rather than wasting energy on a harmless wastelander or foolish child, he'll strike at the one who possess the biggest threat. When in combat, he retains his calm for, as he knows that if you let anger get the better of you, you're going to suffer for it. Despite being rather intelligent, he speaks very little, often letting his actions do the talking. When he does speak, he's often very snide and quick witted, often insulting (if conversing with a Human).
Apperance & Clothing/Armour: Number 13 wears a black robe which encompasses his body completely, hiding all his feature, especially when the hood is up and when it is up, all anyone can see is his pale yellow eyes. Under the shroud is a slender body of blackened skin, not due to his race, but due to the experiments done to him, his original caucasian skin can be seen in certain parts of his body, but the majority is tarnished by the darkness. Many are fooled by his thin body, assuming that he is weak, but that is extremely wrong. Not only is Number 13 agile and fast, but his punches are deadly. His already inhuman strength is amplified by the armour he wears underneath; custom made power armour is welded to his arms, legs and torso, its pitch black colour even deeper than his skin, giving him a shadowed look. He stands at about six foot four.
Weapons: On his back, Justice carries a huge, razor-edged sword. The blade itself weighs more than the average man could carry, let alone drag. Attatched to his belt, he carries two knuckle blades. The grip is surrounded by a sharpened, rounded blade. Also, on the hilt, is a plasma field generator which covers the blade on each weapon thus increasing the cutting power. Upon his body, he has a vast assortment of blades, knives and other sharp objects for throwing or if he is disarmed. The amount of weapons he carries is to make up for his lack of guns.
Bio: Justice Daley is one of The 99, Number 13 to be exact. Of British heritage, Justice's accent still resembles that of the average Londoner despite not having lived in London. Even though his number is supposidly unlucky, Number 13 has never failed at anything he has tried and therefore has dismissed this unlucky idea. He has the deepest respect for his fellow mutants and would die for each and everyone of them, and has risked his life for them in the past.
