TOQL

I wanted to add a listing for a new big quest to the database, but it appears from a search that dev_akm hasn't posted for quite a while. Is he still active, and TOQL being maintained?

As someone has just listed TOQL again as a resource--and it remains a very good one--it seems relevant to ask if the maintainer is still active.

He had a kid and is away for now. There's another thread that talks more about it but I can't seem to find it.

A child? Well, congratulations are in order, then. I'll just build a list of the newer quest mods and hold them for later.
