Im looking for a house mod that includes the following:

-Jail cell
-Armory
-Private quarters
-servants quaters
-some kind of entertaintment thing ( Pool, gambaling room, ect. )
-and it must be big and i would rather it not be poor-looking.

First thing that comes to mind is http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6686. Not sure if http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3644 is required, though.

It has lots of things. Not really Servants Quarters, more like lots of spare rooms, or dormitories. Jail Cells, Armory, Private Quarters, Big, and a Pool.
That's the only large "house mod" I use so don't know of any others to recommend.

http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9592 isn't exactly 'big' but does add alot of cool stuff, including a weapons/ammo ordering system, so the ammo isnt free but you still can get it if you have the cash. Its pretty darn good. Though not 100% complete, there are like 2 small areas where things dont work properly as they are incomplete, but the rest is fantastic. Best house mod I have used so far.
