game crash's when i start a new game right after the loading screen after the opening movie, or right after the loading screen when i try to load a game,

i looked all over and found a few with the same problem but none of them posted how they fix'ed it or if they fixed it....

i found only 1 fix, but it is not a good one for my sdd hdd if i re-install my video drivers the game work fine.... tell i restart the pc, then the error is back. i can re-do the drivers and it is fixed tell restart....

i dont think it is my video card because no other game has this problem, not even Skyrim

i did try driver sweeper on video drivers just incase.

i did try scaning missing file thing on steam. it always says " 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired "

anyone ideas?
