Music Scripts?

How exactly do I go about making music play when you enter a cell, and not via door either. I've been playing with scripting latly and for some reason this one has eluded me.

The trick is to tell the computer when to stop it, too. So maybe mine is wrong.

This is starting to get frustrating, does anyone know the script? I've tried every variation possible of the one above and it doesn't work.
I keep getting the message "Could not find Variable or function 'Mysound' " So what is the problem?

Well I got it working, though its not exactly a script. I just set the sound as a 100% chance to play in a region which I added to said cell. Probably the easy way out but hey it works.

Boy, nobody answered this. Well, I still want to know how to get mp3s and .MIDs to play continuously in a cell. I want to add Daggerfall tavern music to the taverns and I want it to play a certain piece over and over until I leave the tavern. Then it'll just go back to the regular music. How would the script be for that?
