Animation Wont Play - Havent Slept 72 Hours

Alright I'm new to Oblivion, Pretty New to these forms of animations (I've created advanced Animations for Neverwinter Nights and Secondlife, but never done one successfuly in oblivion) , I have downloaded Nif Tools, all nif importers exporters, civ4 tools, blender and all tools and visual c++ nonsense thats required, I can successfuly import and export the animations I create, but when placed in game, through the toolset, they do NOTHING... its been driving me crazy, I've swapped out others animations and played with mods created by other users, I know how to apply them in game (Somewhat) and how to use the idleanims section to view them, but the animations I specifically create do not work... can someone please help me find out why.



Summary:
- I have all tools and plugins needed (Niftools, Nif Exporters, Civ4 , Blender, 3ds Max)
- Others animations work fine when applied
- My custom animations export and import and are viewable in 3ds Max
- Animations do NOT work in Oblivion for unknown reason


Desperate Request:
- Can someone look at one of my files and tell me whats missing, or whats wrong, I will gladly supply it in .Max format or .kf format, or whatever is requested.

Well, it was working fine in NifSkope, my dragon was jumping around like crazy, so that's one thing less to worry about.
What I realized though after re-importing into Blender is the "bone priorities" apparently are all "0"!
This means any other animation ingame will always superrule and your movement will never get a chance to have effect.
I'm not an animation guru, so take my statements with the necessary caution, but I myself would first try to raise all the priorities up to the amount "idles" normally have (something around 60, wasn't it?). Maybe this will do it already, because apart from this I couldn't see anything else out of order.

I tested your animation and I got it working. You have to always update your .kf files via Tazpns KF Updater after exporting them from 3D max studio, otherwise animations won't play.

Awesome thanks for the tips, indeed after adding bone structure and updating using the command prompt updatekf thing, its all working perfeclty, Thanks again = D , ^_^ , = )
