I have tried to finish this quest while doing "for the republic part 2" and i cant find a possible way to advance the quest I have gone through ever line of dialogue for papa khan, regis, and karl, I also stole karls journal and I still could not complete it. When I killed papa khan it told me I failed that quest and "why cant we be friends" quest even though I never got that quest. Am I doing something wrong to advance this quest? is there a way I can finish this quest without killing papa khan?
