So yeah. I've been working on a few mods over the past couple weeks which effectively add the Enclave completely into New Vegas. The way I've been roleplaying it in-game is as if the Enclave has won on the East Coast, and is now using New Vegas as a launching off point in the west. Just thought I'd share what my game currently looks like as a result.
