Are there any mods to make animations smoother? I know that Dirnae has released a few excellent animations, but most aren't very 'smooth'. I think morrowind can look extremely better if animations was improved...

Is there also a mod which shows good quality clothing textures? How about body shape? Is there also a mod with high quality looking heads. Animals and objects too. Can you recommend the best mods/texture packs for each? Thank you.


Better heads has a wide selection of heads, but they don't look well, especially when I have MGE and Darknut textures on.

Better bodies doesn't appear to change the shape of bodies, I still see the triagnular and disconnect crouch with pants on.

No such thing as the "best" mods. Use your own personal taste.
I suggest you look through the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.List&category_select_id=13 section on PES and find what you like, since nothing seems to be good enough.

Not sure what you mean. It's best when used with better clothes, but it sounds like you may not even be using it correctly.
You'd notice a big difference if you were.

The triangular and disconnected crouch with the pants on is not because of the body, but because of the clothes. I believe Better Clothes fixes that.

There aren't any mods that "smooth" the animations. Until recently, one had to have an expensive copy of 3DMax to even make animations and those who did never worked on the default animations. If you want smoother animations, you can pick up a free copy of Blender and the scripts that Archimastro Antares created (check his animated Morrowind mod on PES) and try to make them yourself. I've never had any problems with any of the animations except for the walking ones.
