I killed Galtis Guvron in a quest and his body remain on the ground, even after months (actually, forever). It's normal?

I knew that the already dead NPCs' bodies remain on the ground, but not the NPCs I kill. And in fact, this is the only one I see so.


There is nothing on UESP about this.
