In game, the animation for dongle's water meshes plays through the set of textures and all but one of them is this http://dl.dropbox.com/u/42876609/dongle. So, it plays the animation and for one frame it blinks to the normal, more desaturated color.
I checked the textures, they're all the correct saturation. I've reinstalled his pack. I've tried disabling MGE. I've looked at the material settings in the nif. I have no idea what the issue is.
