It says I need to repair the auxillery generator first but my repair skill isn't 35 what do I do??

There's a robot up the ramp that might do something. I had the repair skill, but I saw him sitting there and never got to try him.

Look for a Mr. Handy (not Gutsy!). He'll be "offline" (won't be floating about, but not dead either)

QUEST BUG: you can fix the generator twice - once yourself, and once with the robot. Nothing bad seems to happen, however.

I can't see the spoiler because I'm on my phone and when I press show nothing happens...

The robot worked for me. Didn't attack me. I just walked up, turned him on and then sat back while he fixed the gennies for me.

I suppose if that doesn't work, you COULD always come back later with a higher repair skill.

I have several quests ATM that are sitting in limbo because my skills aren't high enough yet to finish them and so far it appears that nothing will happen without me actively moving it along.

Look around. They look like any other datacard in NV or FO3. There are two of them, and they are right out in the open.

Is it in that generator room can you at least tell me that please? I don't have access to a browser right now just my phone and I can't activate the spoiler tag.
