I was playing my latest file last night, and some pretty weird things happened.

I was in "Take It Back!" And around the bridge to the memorial, Lucky Harith ran up with his Shotgun in Hellfire Armor, and his caravan guard had the incinerator. I was like "WTF!??!?!?!?!? Oh, can you repair this?"
Harith replied "Lol, sure" then continued on his merry way.

Then, on the actual bridge I ran into Shrapnel, smoking a cigarette. With a Fat Man on his back, not giving a [censored] that a small war is happening around him.

I just have to say, I have never seen either of these. Any one else meet an NPC where they least expected it?
