A simple question i found no answer for.
Since we all know the Tribunal "gods" and Vvanderfell are gone and the houses and general population of dunmer fled Morrowind during the Red Year to Solstheim and Skyrim,argonians invaded Morrowind from the south,who is governing the part of the province that is still under dunmer control?

You'll probably get your answer in a few weeks. For now we just have the Pentannual Census Monkey Truth and a brief mention of House Sul in the Loveletter from the 5th Era to go on.

As far as I know, nothing is explicitly written on this subject but one can infer several possibilities:

-The same old Great House system. (Seems this persists at least on Solstheim.)

-The Great Houses have given way to myriad smaller clans / houses.

-The Empire took advantage of the chaos and took full control of everything, seeing as how the Tibunal weren't a threat any longer.
