The tone of his voice makes me assume he's joking. But then again, we live in weird times.

The possibility of a vlogger on YouTube who has no idea what he's talking about? You don't see that very often.

He's got a FO3 DLC review that's equally as bad.
But what bothers me is his focus on aesthetics and how he praises the living daylights out of every cutscene and animation done in the DLCs.
This is why many games today are movie scenes that let you press some buttons in between them. :C

Or the dreaded, "walk for 5 seconds, [cutscene] Shoot a guy/terrorist/zombie in the head, [cutscene] walk to the door 2 feet in front of you, [cutscene]"
