if you start from good springs and take the "road" to the end you will come to a junction at the end you must go either left or right directly in front of you there is a shack the shack is called.

jeans skydiving there is a locker with a lock pick check of 50 inside there is BOXING TAPE it says it causes KO damage. i never tested them though because my unarmed is lik 11 LOL.
