We know through the ages that there have been a lot of Empires on Tamriel. At one point the Aldmer had a vast Empire throughout Tamriel. Then you have the Alessian Empire of the first half of 1E. Then you have the Reman Empire during the later half of 1E and a little bit of 2E. Then near the end of 2E you have the beginnings of the Septim Empire that lasted for almost 500 years.

At the beginning of 4E, the 2nd Aldmeri Dominion was formed and started to take some of the southern provinces of Valenwood and Elsweyr and parts of Hammerfell. Then you got the impersonating Mede Empire that was formed in the early 4E.

Would it be possible for the Khajiit and Argonians, to become tired of being treated like animals and second class citizens and form an alliance and become a united Empire that could possibly conquer Tamriel?
