I've decided to make a new thread about what the ideal leveling system should be, since the other thread was limited to the topic of using Skyrim's system in Fallout.

Also, I made this thread instead of posting on the Fallout speculations and suggestions thread because I felt that this is a huge topic. But if any mod feels different feel free to close it.
