With the Boston rumors and the whole thing with Skyrim's lack of attributes and bad management resulting in poor writing, it has become quite a popular assumption that Fallout 4 is gonna svck, big time. What do you think? Do you think Fallout 4 is going to be better than Fallout 3 or will Fallout 4 make F3 appear like Planescape Torment?

All I will say is that it would be hard to be more crappy then New vegas, so as long as Bethesda makes a game like fallout 3, with slightly less stupid things like Megaton, then I dont see any reason to hate it.
