Expedition to Russia

Hello fellow RPers, this is the description, Sign up, And future OOC thread for the Expedition into Russia RP. This RP follows the Lore of the America Summit though by no means do you have to be familiar. With the Summit to participate. Now will start on the description.

In the year of 2300 marked a change in Earth forever as the very first organized nations in the U.S met and conversed in Washington D.C. They traded conversed. Alliances were made.

On 2302, the XCI (91^st) Corps sent a detachment of personnel from the 79th Reconnaissance Division to the Russian town of Uelen. They surprise the inhabitants and immediately join the Hegemony. They gain valuable info on Siberia but not a lot from Moscow and the surrounding areas.

In response to this, the BHI begins planning for an expedition to Russia but with other members of the nations in the U.S. WBOS/MWBOS, ESA, NCR, KE, Vigil, New Confederacy, Caesar’s Legion, UMD, and Grey Hawks. All to collect info on Russia.

I encourage all types of characters with a wide set of skills. If you are survive in Russia you need to know about more things than stabby
stabby. OP characters are (oh how I dread to say this) ...okay. Your nation nominated you to be part of this Expedition for a reason. Just don't breathe fire or freeze time please.

Rules

-What I say is final, no arguments

-No ridiculous, extremely descriptive romances. A little romance is accepted but don't get to descriptive on "activities" you may be having.

-No abusing the OOC. No spamming.

-No character controlling without consent from the person being controlled.

-Failure to post within 5-6 of your previous post or the RP beginning will result in immediate death, cannibalizing, dismemberment or extremely embarising Power Armor malfunction.

Don't think I didn't notice that you copied the intro and rules from The Heart of Aztia .

Anyway this may be interesting... But we havnt made an Expidition to Russia in the American Summit have we?

Unlike in Aztia how we known about South America, we dont know much about Russia. I want to add some mystery to it as we dont know much about Russia with the few exceptin of some info on Siberia.

That didn't answer either of my statements... Lol.

What I mean by copy intro and rules is that you literally copied and pasted them from the Aztia Sign Up/OOC and changed the names. That's okay though, I don't mind .

And what I meant by the second part was that we havent mentioned the Expidition IC at the Summit have we. Just wondering. Is it in your 1 year? I haven't read any of them yet.
