Is it leveled? I checked an item guide online and it just shows as having 5 points of frost damage. but when i got mine it came with 100 points of frost damage over 20 feet for 1 second.

Im wondering if its maybe because of my de-levellists mod. If that can somehow cause a higher level variation of it that isn't normally suppose to be obtainable to show up or is it normal to find it with those stats.
