So Ipicked up fallout one in the Steam sale, and am really enjoy it, i think i'm doing pretty well, and my current weapons are a hunting rifle and a shot gun.

I'm at the hub and doing the quest with the missing caravans. I have to kill the Deathclaw in the cave, and every time I try, I just get killed.

Any help?

You should go out and get a few more levels under your belt or shell out for some nice toys.

Yeah, I thought so. I just don't really know what else I should do. I guess check out the Boneyard, or Necropolis.

I thought I'd save you the frustration of trying to beat a death claw, getting it down to 2 HP and then "Death claw crits you for instant death."
I beat my first DC at lvl 6 with a Plasma rifle and T-51.
