Being the ignorant uneducated prat that I am, I can't even hazard a guess at foreign languages when I read them in chat, no clue what they are or where they're from. But I'm sure some of you know! So I would be very, very thankful if I could please get people to translate the above into languages which are mostly commonly encountered in C2 MP.

I believe the majority of most recent hackers are 100% safe on public servers because nobody knows how to initiate a votekick, combined with the fact that they don't know what to press once the kick has started, combined with the fact that they CAN'T GODDAMN READ ENGLISH. Also they may be really young children (or retarded) or something. But I still think fixing the communication would go a long way.
