Hi all,

i have two problems and cannot solve them

First issue (major one): I cannot login into my account with my email or nickname. I get everytime the message:

The account you are trying to login with has been disabled or suspended by a gamesas staff member. If you feel this is a mistake please contact us on community@crytek.com

What can i do and what is the problem? I have already written an email to crytek, but no response. I have bought the game via origin and have a valid key of course!

Second issue (small one): My old username was "Sharptype" but i have changed it and would like to have my old name back, but now the system tells to me that "Sharptype" is already taken and i got "Sharptype1"

The first issue is the major problem. Now i am online here, because i have reset my password via email and this is the only way how can i login into my account, but this is no stable soluton.

I hope anyone can help me, maybe an admin?
