Hello, I've been having an annoying problem lately with Fallout 3: GOTY bought via steam. Some specific objects, for example the lower half of MrHandy, something in the lab of the Jefferson Memorial, will cause my entire screen to turn to a greenish color and I'm unable to see anything apart from the UI. I've tried repairing game cache but according to steam all the files are intact. The bug is especially gamebreaking in the Jefferson Memorial, it took me over 10 minutes to find the tapes that Dad left, and the fail safe in vault 112 is inaccessible because of the issue.

I can't post images or links on these message boards, but if there's an alternative way for me to do so I'll gladly show you a screenshot of my game, then rotated slightly to the left a solid green screen.
