Let' me introduce myself first:
- I'm from Brazil.
- I'm a avid gamer and a HUGE fan of the Fallout series.
- I also have a graphic design office here in Brazil which seeks always to produce original and authentic works for its clients.
- I get pissed when some "designer" just take something and use it like "no one is going to know about this"...
Here's my two cents:

It looks like some "designer" here in Brazil just took the Vault Boy and used it on a gov poster about "Community Justice Center".
A free translation of the article:
Using the same words of this poster "each head is a new world". In this case, what was in the head of the guy who created this poster to the Public Ministry of Pernambuco*? He had Fallout in his head for sure!
If you didn't get yet, the blond guy using blue shirt is the ultimate icon of the Bethesda's post-apocalyptic franchise, called "Vault Boy". As if the situation in itself was not comical, our comrade had the courage to create a dark and more suspicious version of the Vault Boy. It is even ironic that the icon of a franchise that revolves around anarchy and survival appear in a pamphlet about a Community Justice Center - or our anonymous designer was just in very good mood.
Anyway, who's next Bethesda mascot to appear?

*Pernambuco is a northeastern state of Brazil.
Maybe some of you are thinking: this guy is being a big whistleblower, exposing his Brazilian colleague to a law suit.
Yeah, maybe, but I don't think that way. Here in Brazil we have a huge hole in the graphic design market just because of some lazy "colleagues" which think they can simply take any copyrighted work and use it as they please. Exposing it I'm contributing to a better design graphic market and helping Bethesda protect its properties. It's the right think to do.
Thats it. The case is open.
Bethesda, do it what you think it's best.
