Hey guys, I've been around these boards for a while now and finally have a few question if my own. So I've been an Xbox 360 player from the get go but just built a new gaming pc and want to start getting into the pc scene. I love fallout 3 and want to get a few mods and start a fresh playthrough. My pc is running on windows 8 and I'm a little concerned about what I've heard about it conflicting with fallout.

My questions are should I get this game from steam or gfwl? Like I said I'm new to pc gaming so not sure what download is more compatable with win8. Also is there any problem with modding or mods in general on win8? Thanks for the help guys, I can't wait to just start playing this game!
